Description of Project:

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a 155,485-square-foot, six-story above grade, 175-unit multi-residential development; retail development; and 183-space parking garage.

Construction of two residential buildings, five and six storeys and one six-storey mixed-use building containing 175 affordable rental units. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Application for building permit approval is in process. Demolition phase is ongoing. General contractor information may be confirmed in summer, 2026.

Client: Kekinow Native Housing Society

A two-building affordable housing development — a six-storey and a five-storey residence over a shared underground parkade — delivered for the Kekinow Native Housing Society.

Our team completed the full HVAC and sheet metal scope across both buildings. This includes an all-electric Mitsubishi VRF heat-pump system, with roof-mounted condensing units serving ducted and wall-mounted indoor units for efficient heating and cooling in every suite. We supplied and installed heat-recovery ventilators (HRVs), all associated ductwork and sheet metal, and dedicated exhaust systems for the parkade, garbage, amenity, and service areas
