A ground-up multi-storey residential apartment project in the heart of Jasper, delivering complete mechanical systems for modern mountain-town living. Our scope included central hydronic boiler heating with in-suite radiant in-floor heat, energy recovery ventilation (ERV) for every unit, a corridor make-up air system, full domestic plumbing and sanitary infrastructure, and coordinated fire protection provisions — all engineered to withstand Jasper’s harsh winter climate (-34°C design temperature). From foundation through construction, our team delivered a fully integrated, code-compliant mechanical package supporting dozens of residential suites.
