High Street Village represents the kind of large-scale, multi-residential work KC Sheet Metal takes on across the Fraser Valley. Partnering on this Abbotsford development for AB Wall Properties, our team handled the mechanical scope for two apartment buildings (Buildings 3 & 4) sitting above a shared two-level underground parkade.

The work spanned every mechanical system in the building. Below grade, that meant underslab plumbing, sanitary and storm drainage, and domestic water distribution, along with mechanical ventilation for the P2 parkade. Above grade, we carried plumbing, heating and ventilation up through all four residential levels of both buildings, tied into rooftop mechanical equipment. Throughout, the installation was coordinated against tight architectural constraints and building fire-separation requirements, including two-hour rated firewalls.

Delivered from design intent through Issued-for-Construction, the project reflects our approach on every job: clean coordination, code-compliant systems, and a finished mechanical package the general contractor and owner can rely on.
